Training to a higher level.

Rio walked onto the grass. It was cut short, but still sort of wild. A perfect training ground. She walked over to the practise dummy. It was shaped like a bidoof. She took a few steps back, then unleashed a fearce quick attack! It hit the dummy, and then Rio raced behind it, and attacked with another quick attack. 2 hours of intence training later, Riolu had leveled up twice. She was now level 5.

"Show off." TEased Anna from behind her.

Rio smiled. "It's all in the..... movement!" She said grinning.

"Oh? Like this?" Anna asked using quick attack on the dummies.

"Yeh." Said Rio. She then jumped up, and used Quick attack on all three dummies, hitting each one.
